BOV’s property of sales approach

BOV offers properties through two methods: open process and tender process.

Open process
Repossessed properties acquired by the Bank through a judicial sale by auction (‘subbasta’) are sold using this method.
Tender process
A structured and formal process used for the sale of Bank-owned commercial, residential, or unique properties.

Sale of properties by tender

A sale by tender is a formal process where interested buyers submit confidential offers for a property by a set closing date. All tenders are reviewed fairly and the Bank may accept, negotiate or decline any offer.

No properties are currently for sale by tender. When available, listings of such properties will be displayed below.
