Stop a lost or stolen card online
If you have BOV Mobile Banking app, kindly take these simple steps to stop your card.

Log into the app
Open your Mobile banking app and go to 'My Financials'.
Enter your PIN and log in.

Open ‘Stop a card’
Select ‘More’ at the bottom right of the screen.
Then select ‘Stop a card’.

Select and authorise
Select the card you want to stop.
Press ‘Continue’ and authorise.

You are done
You will be immediately notified that your card has been stopped. A new one will be mailed to you.
