BOV Points may be redeemed against credit vouchers that can be utilised to purchase goods at any outlet
located within ‘The Point Shopping Mall’, Tigne Point, Tas-Sliema.

Upon redemption of BOV points against ‘The Point’ vouchers, the cardholder’s identity card details will
be communicated to ‘The Point Shopping Mall’. The redeemed credit voucher(s) will be available at
‘The Point Shopping Mall’ within seven (7) working days from date of redemption. Cardholder will be
advised that the credit voucher(s) is/are available for collection, by means of an SMS.

The voucher(s) will be made available to the Cardholder upon presentation of the Cardholder’s identity card,
from The Point’s Management Suite, Level -1, The Point Shopping Mall, Tigné Point, Tas-Sliema,
from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 17.00.

‘The Point’ vouchers can be exchanged at any outlet located within ‘The Point Shopping Mall’, for items
having the same value, or for items having a higher value than the face value of the voucher, upon
payment of the difference. “The Point’ vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid for a
period of 12 months from date of issue.

Bank of Valletta is responsible for the redemption of BOV points and no responsibility will be assumed
for any issue that may arise in connection with ‘The Point’ vouchers. Any issue in connection with the
‘The Point’ vouchers is to be undertaken directly by the Cardholder with the management at ‘The Point
Shopping Mall’. Bank of Valletta and ‘The Point Shopping Mall’ reserve the right to alter these terms

Upon redemption of BOV points against Montblanc store credit, the cardholder’s identity card details will be communicated to Montblanc (Malta). The redeemed store credit will be available at the Montblanc Boutique within seven working days from date of redemption. Cardholder will be advised of the availability of the store credit by means of an SMS.

The store credit is non- transferable and will only be made available to the relative cardholder, for use by the cardholder upon presentation of the cardholder’s identity card at the outlet. Store credit can only be redeemed for goods and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The store credit will be available for a period of 12 months from date of notification of availability, and may be redeemed during promotions and in connection with discounted items.

Bank of Valletta is responsible for the redemption of BOV points and no responsibility will be assumed for any issue that may arise in connection with the Montblanc store credit. Any issue in connection with the Montblanc store credit is to be undertaken directly by the Cardholder with Montblanc (Malta). Upon calling the Bank to redeem BOV points against ‘Pavi Supermarket’, or ‘Pama Supermarket’ vouchers, cardholders are to select their preferred supermarket. The cardholder’s identity card details will be communicated to the selected supermarket. The redeemed credit will be available in the form of a voucher at the selected supermarket, and the cardholder will be advised of the availability of the voucher, and collection instructions, by SMS within 7 workings days from date of redemption.

The voucher is non-transferrable and will only be made available to the Cardholder upon presentation of the Cardholder’s identity card at the counters of the selected supermarket.

BOV Loyalty points may be redeemed for a credit voucher of €150 to be used at the Corinthia St George's Bay or the Corinthia Palace, Attard, or for a credit voucher of €115 to be used at the Verdi St George's Bay Marina. The credit vouchers can be utilised to purchase accommodation and services, whilst staying at the mentioned Corinthia Hotels. The final rate of the room, and/or the cost of the stay, is established by Corinthia Hotels, and may exceed the value €150/€115.

The offers are as stated below, and any amounts that exceed the value of the stated credit (i.e. €150 or €115), and any taxes that may apply, are to be settled by the cardholder upon check out.
All reservations effected at the Corinthia Hotels by means of BOV Loyalty point redemptions will be bookable subject to availability.

Cardholder’s Identity Card details will be communicated to the Corinthia Hotels Central Reservations Office.

Cardholder will be notified of availability of credit by SMS within 7 days of redemption. To place a reservation the Cardholder is to contact the Corinthia Central Reservations Office on Tel: 2370 2370, quoting the redemption code received in the SMS. The Room Rates for the duration of the stay will be communicated to the cardholder during the call and may be in excess of €150/€115. Rates as established by Corinthia hotels are final and non-negotiable.

The credit is to be fully utilised by the cardholder for the purchase of accommodation, and/or services provided at the food and beverage outlets operated by the hotel (excluding the ones operated by third parties) during the cardholder’s stay at the hotel, and there will be no refund for any balance of credit that is not utilised during the stay.

No fees will be charged for cancellations effected up to 24 hours prior to check in time which can be found on the website of the relative hotel.

Credit is available for one year from date of receipt of redemption - term of credit may only be extended at Corinthia Hotels’ discretion.

Credit is transferable however cardholder is to contact Corinthia Hotels’ Central Reservations Office directly on Tel: 2370 2370 to arrange the issue of a physical voucher in the name of a nominated beneficiary.

The redeemed credit will be available, in the form of a voucher, and the Cardholder will be advised of the availability of the voucher by SMS within 7 working days from date of redemption. The iCentre vouchers can be exchanged at any outlet (as listed below) for items having the same value, or for items having a higher value than the face value of the voucher, upon payment of the difference.

The iCentre vouchers cannot be redeemed against the purchase of iPhones. The iCentre vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and claims for lost vouchers will not be entertained. The iCentre vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from date of issue, and once expired cannot be redeemed or renewed. iCentre vouchers are subject to all the terms in the booklet, and any clauses that are on the voucher when issued from iCentre. iCentre vouchers cannot be utilised in conjunction with any other offers or discounts that are available at iCentre from time to time.
