The 52nd Annual General Meeting of Bank (AGM) of Valletta p.l.c. was held on Wednesday, 10 June 2026 at the Grand Master Suite, Conference Centre, Hilton Malta, St Julian’s.

Registration started at 9.00am whilst the Meeting commenced at 10.00am.

Shareholders have the option to submit the Proxy form electronically. Information about this option can be found in Page 8 (Section Bii) of the Explanatory Notes contained in the Notice and Circular to Shareholders.
