An amount between €10,000 and €750,000.

Minimum loan term of 1 year and maximum loan term of 10 years.

Variable interest rate of 2.8%*.

Feature	Details
Eligibility	SMEs operating in Malta. SMEs are defined as any micro, small or medium-sized enterprise as defined in the Commission Recommendation - SME definition - European Commission (europa.eu).
Amount	Minimum: €10,000 per group/relationship Maximum: €750,000 per group/relationship (These are subject to our lending criteria)
*Interest rate	Variable Interest rate of 2.8% (Interest Margin and EIF Guarantee Fee over the Business Lending Bank Base Rate presently at 2.15%).
Contribution	Upfront contribution of 5%.
Eligible Costs	Investment costs which contribute towards a CO2 emissions reduction, such as Renewable Energy Solutions and Energy Efficiency Investments.
Fees	Advances Processing Fees. Renewal Fees of 0.15% (minimum €40). Commitment Fee 0.5% (undrawn amounts after 6 months). No management fees. EIF Guarantee fee is included in the variable interest rate of 2.8%.
Collateral	Lower extendible collateral requirements capped up to a maximum of 30% of the loan value. The extendible security requested by the bank on the loan may decrease according to the risk profile of the proposal.
