Exiles Welbees dominated the BOV Water Polo 1st Division Winter League, winning all their games in the competition and were crowned champions with a 13-point lead over nearest rivals Marsaskala.

Already mathematically champions, Exiles sealed their winning streak with a 19-8 win over Marsaskala in their last game of the BOV Water Polo First Division Winter League to close off their campaign on maximum points.

Ernest Agius, Chief Operations Officer at Bank of Valletta and Karl Izzo, President of the Aquatic Sports Association of Malta presented the BOV Water Polo First Division Winter League Trophy to Exiles at the National Pool in Tal-Qroqq.
