Theodoros Papadopoulos is the Chief Customer Experience Officer of the Bank, having been appointed to this pivotal role in September 2021. A key figure in the Bank's Executive Committee, he also lends his expertise to multiple management committees such as CMC, PGPC, and the Data Council. His journey in digital innovation is rich and varied, having championed initiatives in Customer Experience, Voice of the Customer, Design Thinking, and Customer Journey Mapping.

Before joining Bank of Valletta, Theodoros played a significant role with Booking.com in the Netherlands. Starting as a Global Hotels Projects Team Member in 2011, his leadership and vision quickly saw him elevated to Manager of Strategic Partnerships by 2013. His dedication to elevating digital experiences continued when he joined Eurobank EFG in Athens in 2016. As the Director of User Experience, he significantly bolstered the Bank's digital presence in the market.

Educationally, Theodoros has impeccable credentials. He boasts an MSc in Digital Communications and Media/Multimedia from Stockholm's University, an MSc in International Business (Public Policy) from Södertörn University in Sweden, and a BA in Public Relations and Communication Policy. His vast professional experience spans Digital Transformation, Digital Banking, Innovation, and Technology.
