Cash Migration Incentive - T&Cs

The Competition

• The lottery is open to all Bank of Valletta p.l.c. (“BOV” or the “Bank”) cardholders who are residents of Malta & Gozo.
• The promotion period runs from 1 March 2025 to 30 June 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
• The Competition is not open to BOV employees, and any other companies associated with the Competition.

Entry Requirements

• Participants must be at least 18 years old.
• BOV personal cardholders must make at least one (1) retail transaction with a BOV Debit or Credit Card during the 30 days prior to the relative draw.
• The aggregate value of cash withdrawn by the BOV cardholder through any available channel must NOT exceed €300.
• Cardholders who withdraw more than €300 during the 30 days preceding the draw will not be eligible to participate.

Prizes

• €125 cash prize per winner.
• Prizes are non-transferable.
• The Bank reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without notice.

Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be randomly drawn from eligible participants who met the Entry Requirements during the 30 days prior to the draw.
• Each winner is eligible for one (1) prize throughout the Promotion Period.
• The draws will take place at the Bank’s Head Office at 12:00 PM as follows:

• Winners will be notified by phone within one (1) week from the draw.
• The cash prize will be credited to the winners’ BOV Card Account within one week from notification.

Publicity

• By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and image in any publicity material.
• Personal data will be processed in accordance with data protection laws and the Bank’s privacy notice (Privacy Policy).

General Conditions

• The Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from this Competition.
• The Bank reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
