The Promotion is being organised by Bank of Valletta p.l.c. (C 2833), a company incorporated and operating under the Laws of Malta, having its registered address at 58, Zachary Street, Valletta, VLT1130, Malta, (hereinafter referred to as the “Bank”).
The Promotion will run between the 1st August 2026 and the 31st August 2026 both days included (the “Promotion Period”);
The Competition consists of a social media post which will be shared on the BOV Club Instagram page and will encourage Instagram users to carry out the following steps:

Comment on the post with your guess of what’s inside the mystery box and tage one (1) friend
Those who will follow the above requirements will be in chance to win one (1) One4all voucher equivalent to €100 (the “Promotion”)
Eligibility Criteria
The Competition is open to Instagram users over 16 years of age.

One (1) participant will be in chance to win €100 One4all voucher.
Draw Date
The winner will be randomly selected on 3rd September 2026, using number generator software (www.random.org), in accordance with the eligibility criteria outlined above and the terms and conditions of the Promotion listed below.
Terms & Conditions
One (1) Winner will be randomly drawn amongst participants who satisfy the Eligibility Criteria listed above.
The Promotion is not open to BOV employees and any other companies associated with the Promotion;
The Winners will be contacted within one (1) week from draw by direct message on Instagram. If the winner fails to respond after 24 hours, the winner will forfeit the Prize and a new winner will be drawn and contacted in terms of this clause.
The Bank reserves the right to request proof of identity (such as a valid ID card or passport)
The winner will receive the €100 One4all voucher prize in person.
The personal data collected during the course of this Promotion will only be used by the Bank and third-party suppliers if any, in connection with the promotion (i.e. only as required to run the promotion and for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the Prize.) All such information shall be treated in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and the Bank’s Privacy Notice which can be accessed through https://www.bov.com/content/privacy. In taking part in the Promotion, participants automatically grant their consent to the Bank and its service providers to collect, use and disclose their personal data, as provided, for the following purposes:

To disclose and/or publish their name, and/or image for publicity purposes and to indicate that the winner has been selected in the local media and/or on the Bank’s website and the Bank’s social media pages.
The Prizes are not for re-sale, are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available in any circumstances;
The Bank shall not be held liable (except to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising out of organising or holding of this Promotion or as a result of one’s participation in the Promotion or as a result of one winning, collecting, using or enjoyment of the Prize.
The Bank reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason, in its sole discretion and without any prior notice.
