Mr Grech holds the position of Group Chief Compliance Officer and is an Executive Director on Board of Bank of Valletta plc.

He is a member of the Executive Committee, the Internal Control and Risk Management Committee, Asset and Liability Committee and chairs the Product Governance and Pricing Committee. Anatoli is a Director on the Board of BOV Asset Management Limited, Chair of its Risk and Regulatory Committee and Chair of the Risk and Regulatory Committee of BOV Fund Services.

Anatoli is also a member of the Risk and Regulatory Committee of MAPFRE MSV Life p.l.c. He is also an alternate member of the board of the European Savings and Retail Banking Group and a member of the Markets Regulation Committee.

Anatoli holds an MSc from Aberdeen Business School and an MBA from the University of Malta.

Mr Grech was appointed to the Board in August 2023.
