Bank of Valletta organises its much-anticipated Staff Summer Party
12 Sep 2022
Bank of Valletta organised its much-anticipated Staff Summer Party, the first since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. A substantial amount of BOV employees gathered for an entertaining and social evening at the Verdala Palace in Siġġiewi, where they were accompanied by live music from the Versatile Brass Band. This annual event, coordinated by the Bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility team, provided the much-awaited scenario for BOV employees to meet their colleagues after an absence of three years and enjoy the spectacular surroundings provided by the Verdala Palace, which is the summer residence of the President of Malta.

Ray Debattista, on behalf of the People and Change function expressed his satisfaction at the excellent turnout. "Our employees were eagerly awaiting this event which was not organised for the past years due to the pandemic. BOV considers such events crucial staff engagement initiatives as they enable our people to network and get to know one another better away from their place of work," he said.
