Our system upgrade has been concluded.

We would like to inform our customers that we shall be carrying out a system upgrade on Wednesday 7th July between 01:00 am and 07:00 am (CEST).

During this period, BOV Internet Banking and BOV Mobile Banking will not be available. Furthermore, the BOV cards and BOV card systems, including BOV ATMs and BOV Point of Sale terminals, may be inoperative for intermittent periods during the upgrade. Therefore, card transactions effected, online, at ATMs, or at retail outlets, may be unsuccessful during the upgrade.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
