Fixtures for the MFA BOV Football Competitions 2022/2023 Drawn
18 Jul 2022

The BOV Premier League 2022/2023 will kick off on the 19th August 2022 with 14 teams vying for Malta’s top football honour.

Champions Hibernians will kick off their championship defence against Valletta FC, with previous year’s champions Hamrun Spartans will face newly promoted Marsaxlokk. Last year’s runners-up Floriana will Face Pieta who are also newly promoted to the BOV Premier League.

Assisting in the draws, BOV Chief Operating Officer Ernest Agius stated that as Malta’s largest Bank with strong Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) commitments, we are proud to be one of the sponsors of the Malta Football Association, an association that goes back to the 2005/2006 season.

The full fixtures will be published by the MFA shortly.
