The BOV Top 8 Masters Tennis Tournament is being held between the 22nd and 28th November at the Marsa Sports Club. The tournament, organised by the Malta Tennis Federation with the support of Bank of Valletta sees the top 8 ranked players who are eligible to represent Malta in international events battle for the last tournament of the calendar year.
Top ranked player Liam Delicata will be seeking to consolidate his number one ranking in the Men’s single category, with the tournament missing the winner of various editions of this tournament, Matthew Asciak due to injury. Delicata will be challenged by Alex Degabriele, Matthew Debono, Bradley Callus, Dwayne Pullicino, Zak Zammit, Nicholas Degaetano and the evergreen, Mark Gatt.
Bank of Valletta and the Malta Tennis Federation would like to invite tennis enthusiasts to watch the group matches from Monday 22nd November to Friday 26th November from 5.30pm onwards. The two semi-finals being played on Saturday the 27th at 2.30pm. The final is scheduled to be played on Sunday, the 28th November also at 2.30pm.
