The Competition
Eligibility Criteria
Competition is open to all persons who are over eighteen and their attending the final of the MESC 2025.
The Competition is not open to BOV and PBS/Magic Malta employees.
Prizes
One (1) participant will be in chance to win a €1000 (the “Prize”).
Winner will be randomly drawn on Tuesday 11th February 2025 (the “Draw Date”).
The draw will happen in line with the Eligibility Criteria listed above and with the Terms and Conditions of the competition listed below.
Terms and Conditions
One (1) winner will be randomly drawn amongst the participants who satisfy the eligibility criteria listed above.
The Competition is being organised by Bank of Valletta p.l.c. (the “Bank” or “BOV”).
The Competition will run during the final of the MESC 2025 on 8th February 2025.
The Competition consists of an interactive quiz whereby attendees will have to scan a QR code displayed on a flyer that will be distributed during the final of MESC, and the participants will need to answer the provided questions through their mobile devices (the “Competition”) by 11:59pm on 8th February 2025.
Those who get over 80% of the answers correct will be in chance to win the prize listed below. The score will be provided to all participants at the end of the questionnaire.

Terms and Conditions
One (1) winner will be randomly drawn amongst the participants who satisfy the eligibility criteria listed above.
The winner will be contacted by phone on the Draw Date by Magic Malta’s radio hosts, Daniel & Ylenia. If the winner fails to respond after three phone call attempts, the winner will forfeit the Prize and a new winner will be drawn and contacted in terms of this clause.
The Bank reserves the right to request proof of identity (ID Card or Passport)
The winner will receive a €1000 prize through a bank transfer, provided that the winner provides his banking details to the Bank.
By entering the competition, participants automatically grant their consent to the Bank, Magic Malta radio, Eurovision Song Malta and TVM to the use of their name and image in any other publicity material, as well as their entry.
The personal data collected during the course of this Competition will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and the Bank’s privacy notice which can be accessed through https://www.bov.com/content/privacy. In taking part in the Competition, participants automatically grant their consent to the Bank and its service providers to collect, use and disclose their personal data, as provided, for the following purposes:
o only as required to run the Promotion Competition and for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the Prize.
o To disclose and/or publish your name, particulars for publicity purposes in the local media and/or on the Bank’s website and the Bank’s social media pages.

The Bank reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Competition or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason, in its sole discretion and without any prior notice;
