From any existing bank account that you prefer, provided that your chosen account can handle both withdrawals and deposits. Alternatively, you can open an account specifically for mobile payments, but you need to do this before registering for the mobile payments service. Your chosen account is known as your Account for Mobile Payments.

If you do opt to open a dedicated bank account, you have the convenience of doing it through BOV Internet Banking. Otherwise, feel free to call at any BOV Branch.
