I began my journey with BOV as a summer student worker and then as an MCAST apprentice while furthering my studies in financial services. Starting at Birzebbuga Branch, I handled customer care and office duties before transitioning to a full-time role at Cospicua branch, where I served as a cashier and customer care representative. Within 9 months, I was promoted to Junior Universal Banker at a larger branch and I pursued further studies in investments and credit. My hard work and dedication was soon after rewarded, as I am now a Universal Banker, a role I truly love. I'm thrilled to be part of the BOV team and look forward to growing further within my career.”
