BOV Points may be redeemed against credit vouchers that can be utilised to purchase goods at any outlet
located within ‘The Point Shopping Mall’, Tigne Point, Tas-Sliema.
Upon redemption of BOV points against ‘The Point’ vouchers, the cardholder’s identity card details will be communicated to ‘The Point Shopping Mall’. The redeemed credit voucher(s) will be available at ‘The Point Shopping Mall’ within seven (7) working days from date of redemption. Cardholder will be advised that the credit voucher(s) is/are available for collection, by means of an SMS.
The voucher(s) will be made available to the Cardholder upon presentation of the Cardholder’s identity card,
from The Point’s Management Suite, Level -1, The Point Shopping Mall, Tigné Point, Tas-Sliema,
from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 17.00.
‘The Point’ vouchers can be exchanged at any outlet located within ‘The Point Shopping Mall’, for items having the same value, or for items having a higher value than the face value of the voucher, upon
payment of the difference. “The Point’ vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid for a
period of 12 months from date of issue.
Bank of Valletta is responsible for the redemption of BOV points and no responsibility will be assumed
for any issue that may arise in connection with ‘The Point’ vouchers. Any issue in connection with the ‘The Point’ vouchers is to be undertaken directly by the Cardholder with the management at ‘The Point Shopping Mall’. Bank of Valletta and ‘The Point Shopping Mall’ reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time. BOV Points credit at The Point Shopping Mall
