Internet Banking Messages

View Messages on your BOV Internet Banking

We periodically send important updates and information about our service to you in a secure manner through your BOV Internet Banking. These messages may include notifications of scheduled Internet Banking maintenance, changes in tariff of charges, changes in terms and conditions of our services and products, notifications of e-statements and other information that can help you bank in a simpler way.

Keep up to date with these important updates!  It only takes 3 simple steps:

  1. Log in to your BOV Internet Banking
  2. Click on ‘Messages’ at the top right-hand corner
  3. Select and view the message you would like to read

Messages are available in your BOV Internet Banking Inbox for 60 days. 
If you want to keep a copy of a message for a longer period, you can print or save it to your computer or device:

  1. Click on the message you want to print or save.
  2. Select print message.
  3. To print, select printer and click ‘Print’ button.
  4. To save, select ‘Save as PDF’ and click ‘Save’ button.
