In view of the current COVID-19 scenario a number of measures are being implemented by the Bank to ensure the safety of both customers and employees.


Branches
The majority of BOV Branches are operating as usual, providing both cash-teller and non-cashier services.

However a number of branches are either closed or are offering limited services. Click here to view the status and the services being provided by your preferred BOV Branch.


Other Customer Outlets
The Bank’s Business Centres, Corporate Centre, Investment Centres and Wealth Management are available by appointment for one-to-one meetings with their customers. Meetings can also be conducted electronically, by phone or video-conferencing for clients who wish to engage with the Bank from the comfort of their home or office. Customers requiring services from these Centres are kindly asked to contact their Relationship Managers and Financial Advisors via email or telephone.

Once again, customers are encouraged to limit the risk of contagion by using the Bank’s wide network of ATMs, BOV Internet Banking, BOV Mobile Banking, BOV Pay and BOV Debit and Credit Cards for their banking and payment needs.

 

Bank of Valletta will continue to take all the necessary measures in the best interest and safety of its customers and staff and reminds customers visiting Bank’s premises to follow the necessary precautions such as safe social distancing, proper wearing of masks and sanitising.
