BOV Loyalty Points - PaviPama

BOV Points may also be redeemed against credit vouchers that can be utilised to purchase goods at: 

  • Pama Supermarket, Pama Shopping Village, Valletta Road, Mosta, MST 9017
  • Pavi Supermarket, Triq Manuel Dimech, Qormi, QRM 9061

BOV Points can be redeemed as follows:

BOV Points Voucher
38,000: €100
30,000: €75
20,000: €50

Upon calling the Bank to redeem BOV points against ‘Pavi Supermarket’, or ‘Pama Supermarket’ vouchers, cardholders are to select their preferred supermarket. The cardholder’s identity card details will be communicated to the selected supermarket. The redeemed credit will be available in the form of a voucher at the selected supermarket, and  the cardholder will be advised of the availability of the voucher, and collection instructions, by SMS within 7 workings days from date of redemption.

The voucher is non-transferrable and will only be made available to the Cardholder upon presentation of the Cardholder’s identity card at the counters of the selected supermarket.


Bank of Valletta is responsible for the redemption of BOV points and no responsibility will be assumed for any issue that may arise in connection with ‘Pavi Supermarket’ or ‘Pama Supermarket’ vouchers. Any issue in connection with the ‘Pavi Supermarket’, or ‘Pama Supermarket’ vouchers, is to be undertaken directly by the Cardholder with the management at either ‘Pavi Supermarket’, or ‘Pama Supermarket’. Bank of Valletta and the PG Group reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time with their joint agreement.
