Monday to Friday          8.30 am - 1.30 pm

Saturdays                  8.30 am till 12.30 pm 

Cashier service         8.30 am till 12.00 pm

Cash teller services is not available at Marsaxlokk, Msida, Mqabba and Sliema Branches. 

The withdrawal of cash from branch cash tellers is allowed for amounts from €700 upwards. Please use the Bank’s extensive network of ATMs to withdraw cash. Customers who do not have a bank card and have less than €700 in their account will still be able to withdraw funds from branch tellers. If you do not have a bank card apply for your FREE BOV Cashlink Card.

Non-Cash Service 

Customers requiring non-cash service including investments, homeloans, personal loans, rescheduling of loan repayments and application for new services are kindly asked to request an appointment through https://www.bov.com/Assistants/set-an-appointment or by sending an email to [email protected] or calling on 2131 2020. Customers are kindly asked to keep strictly to their appointment times.

Cheque, Cash and Coin Deposits

Cash and Cheque deposits will not be accepted by the Bank's Cashiers.  Please deposit cash through ATMs and Night Safe Facilities. Cheques are to be deposited through ATMs, Night Safe Facilities and Express Deposits. Coins are not to be deposited in Night Safe and Bulk Deposits but should be placed in specified amounts in Coin Bags. Full information can be found here.


Safe Deposit Lockers

To restrict unnecessary contact, you may access Safe Deposit Lockers once a month, strictly by appointment. To set an appointment, kindly contact us here, call us on 2131 2020 or send an email to [email protected].


For your safety and ours:
 
  • Use hand sanitisers when entering and exiting the bank
  • The number of customers inside our branches will be limited. Customers not being attended to will need to wait outside

  • Your body temperature will be checked. If your temperature is higher than 37.2o C, we apologise but we will be unable to let you in
  • Keep a social distance of 2 metres even when waiting in queue
     
  • Wear a mask.  Masks are safer than visors as they will protect you and our staff better. For your security and ours, remove your mask temporarily upon entering our branch and when we need to verify your identity.
  • Our staff will serve you from behind the perspex protective screens
  • If you have an appointment with us, please stick to it.  If you arrive earlier, you will be asked to wait outside. If you arrive later, we could be restrained to cancel your appointment.  Please inform us should you need to cancel - email us on [email protected] or call on 2131 2020

    Avoid visiting branches for cash, cheques and payments; use ATMs, BOV Cards, BOV Internet and Mobile Banking.  It’s safer and more convenient.

  • If you visit our Branch or other customer outlet, please bring your pen with you so that you safeguard yourself and others.
We know that some of these measures will cause an inconvenience, and for this we truly apologise. We kindly ask you to understand that this is being done to safeguard you, other customers and our staff.
