Phishing scam

Avoid becoming a victim and stay protected when you are online.

Cyber attackers design an e-mail scam and disguise themselves as an authorised, legitimate, or trustworthy entity or organisation to bait you. They will try to obtain sensitive information like usernames, passwords or account numbers through dubious means known as a phishing scam.

The attacks are designed intelligently to trick you into clicking on a malicious attachment or link, which looks like a legitimate link to a trusted website. Do not fall into their trap.

Remember, the Bank does not ask for sensitive information through email, phone calls or SMSs.

Malicious Software

Did you know that your devices can be infected with malicious software that accesses your systems through the internet, email or USB sticks?

Protect yourself. Update your devices with the latest anti-malware programmes to prevent malicious software accessing your systems.

Online Scam

Stay alert! If you receive an email or a message that sounds too good to be true, then it is probably a scam.

Avoid being scammed! Do not click on a link or file in these emails or messages and do not send any money in order to redeem your prize. Instead, delete these emails and messages immediately.
