Carnival Promotion - Tap & Win

The Promotion is organized by Bank of Valletta p.l.c. (referred to as the “Bank” or “BOV”).

The Promotion will take place from 28th February 2025, to 5th March 2025, inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).The Promotion features a ‘Tap and WIN’ lottery where fifty (50) lucky BOV customers who meet the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions will be randomly selected to win €50 each (the “Promotion”).

The Promotion is aimed at BOV customers traveling to/from Gozo during the Promotion Period.

To participate, BOV Card holders must pay their travel fare at either the Gozo Channel or Gozo Highspeed terminal using their digital wallet.

Participants must be at least 18 years old by February 28, 2025.

Fifty (50) Card holders will each receive €50, credited to their card account (the “Prize”). Winners will be randomly selected after the Promotion Period, in accordance with the Eligibility criteria and the Terms and Conditions listed below.

Fifty (50) winners will be randomly selected from the BOV Card holders who meet the eligibility criteria.

The draw will be held on Thursday 13th March 2025 at 1000hrs at the Bank’s Head Office.

Winners will be contacted by phone within one (1) week of the draw. The Bank reserves the right to request proof of identity (ID Card or Passport).

Card holders will receive their Prize in their card account by the 31st March 2025.

The Bank will publish or make available information indicating that winners have been selected. Winners automatically grant their consent to the Bank to publish their names in local media, on the Bank’s website, and on the Bank’s social media pages.

Personal data provided during the Promotion will be used solely by the Bank for the purposes of running the Promotion and arranging the Prize. All information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The Bank shall not be liable (except as permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising from the organization or participation in the Promotion, or from the use or enjoyment of the Prize.

The Bank reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
