Exiles Sports Club are the BOV Water Polo Women's Knockout Winners
Reigning champions faced a determined San Giljan in the Final. San Giljan scored the first goal of the match from Francesca Farrugia with Exiles coming back with goals from Kaia Agius and Michela Zammit to end the first session 2:1 in Exiles Favour. 
Goals from Gabby Bonello and a second from Kaia Agius gave Exiles a 4:1 lead with Shanice Cassar reducing the deficit before half time.
Two goals within a minute from Francesca Farrugia saw the team drawing level at 4:4 at the end of the third session.
The last session proved to be nailbiting with Martina Darmanin giving Exiles the lead, which was cancelled by Michela Bonello Ghio. Nadya Azzopardi put Exiles up 6:5 with Francesca Farrugia, with her third personal goal drawing the teams level. Kendra Navarro scored for Exiles with Lucretia Hili again bringing the team level on 7 each with 2 and a half minutes to go. When it seemed that the Final would be going to a penalty shootout, Exiles Captain Michela Zammit scored the winning goal with only 8 seconds to go for Exiles to retain the Cup.
Kevin Portelli, Manager at Bank of Valletta and Joe Caruana Curran, President of the Aquatic Sports Association of Malta presented the trophy to the winners.
