Changes in Tariff of Charges
01 Jul 2020
Over the past years, Bank of Valletta has significantly invested in its technological infrastructure in order to digitise its banking services which are today, in their majority, available through internet banking mobile banking and mobile pay channels. This digitalisation journey is driven to improve the service experience of our customers by providing cost efficient digital banking solutions and at the same time minimise operational costs related to manual-intensive banking services which have been steadily increasing over the past years.

Within this context, with effect from 1st September 2020, the Bank will be revising its Tariff of Charges.
A detailed copy of these changes can be downloaded from here.

We are also pleased to provide you with a number of useful tips that will allow you to manage and save on your bank charges. Please check them out here.

For cheaper, fast and secure banking we encourage you to make use of our digital channels such as BOV Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, BOV Pay, Debit and Credit Cards, BOV Mobile to Mobile Payments and ATMs.

Should you have any queries or require any further clarifications, please get in touch with us on [email protected] or on 2131 2020, or visit any branch of Bank of Valletta in Malta and Gozo.
