BOV Player of the Month - Valletta’s Kaljevic wins September award
26 Oct 2018

Reigning BOV Premier League Champions Valletta did not have the best start to the season with consecutive losses to Sliema and Hibs. Standing at 0-0 at half-time in their third match against arch-rivals Birkirkara, Kaljevic towered above the opposition and headed Alba’s cross past a helpless Naumovski for Valletta’s lead en-route to a 3-0 victory and the start of a positive streak

Kaljevic again opened the score for Valletta in their 6-0 win over Qormi, scored their fourth and provided Fontanella for their third and fifth. His positive form was again evident against Senglea, where again he opened the score on the way to a hat-trick in their 5-1 win.

Charles Azzopardi, Executive PR and Marketing at Bank of Valletta presented the BOV Player of the Month Trophy for September 2018 to Kaljevic who chose Puttinu Cares to benefit from the donation related to this award.
