The BOV Basketball 1^st Division Knockout Competition will kick off on the 8^th December 2020 with Hibernians facing Luxol at 1400hrs and Mellieha facing Depiro at 16:15 in the quarter finals of this competition. 

The fixtures for these competitions, usually drawn during a press conference, were drawn in the presence of Malta Basketball Association and Bank of Valletta representatives in line with Health Authority Recommendations. 

The Amateur League Competition will commence on the 29^th January with the final being played on the 11^th April 2021. The Final for the BOV Men’s 1^st Division Knockout Competition will be played on the 19^th March 2021. 

Bank of Valletta commended the MBA’s sterling work in organising all the competitions while adhering to strict protocols in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic. During this time, the MBA has completed the second phase of the renovation of the Ta Qali Basketball Pavilion complete with new spectator stands that will await the Basketball fans when it will be safe for them to return.
