I cannot view one of my accounts on internet banking. How can I view it?

 

  1. Select the ‘Preference and Setting button’below the BOV logo. 

  2. Choose ‘set up my accounts’

  3. Select the account which you could not view on internet banking and mark the tick box in the Internet Banking and Mobile Banking columns

  4. Click ‘Change settings’ and ‘Authorise’

 


 TIPS:

« If you have a long list of accounts, use the ‘I want to see’ grey box on the right hand side, to filter by type of account

« You can also name each of your accounts for your ease of reference.  Just type the new name in the ‘Friendly name’ box.

You can modify your mailing address by selecting .  Please note that your main address can only be changed at your preferred branch upon presentation of your identity document.
