A.      Microsoft Windows Operating system users with keyboard access:

1.     Select the required details from your document. 

2.     Press CTRL+ C on your keyboard.

3.     Paste the details on the relative field on BOV Internet Banking by using the keyboard buttons CTRL+ V

B.   Microsoft Windows Operating system users without keyboard access (such as touchscreen devices):

1.     Select the required details from your document. 

2.     Press ‘Copy’.

3.     Select the field on BOV Internet Banking and press ‘Paste’.

C.     OSX operating system users:

1.     Select the required details from your document.

2.     Press CMD + C (zC)

3.    Press CMD + V (z V) to paste the text on the required field in BOV Internet Banking.
