Do you need to deposit a cheque? Save time.

Use our ATMs at your own convenience at any time of the day.

An ATM may reject your cheques if these are inserted incorrectly, are invalid or are not in good condition. Check out our tips on how to deposit correctly.

Deposit your cheque in the correct manner – text facing up, amount first in the slot
Insert a maximum of 25 cheques at one go
Do NOT deposit cheques with items such as
  • Coins
  • Paper Clips
  • Staples
  • Rubber bands

Do NOT deposit cheques which are:
  • Folded
  • Torn or damaged
  • Crumpled
  • Unreadable due to faint ink

Do NOT deposit cheques with counterfoil. Please remove it first.
Do NOT deposit foreign cheques. The ATM accepts only local cheques.

If the ATM rejects your cheque:
  • Press View Next Cheque on the ATM screen to view rejected cheques

  • Check that your cheque is in good condition, does not have other items attached to it and retry depositing it in correct orientation as shown above.
