Making a SEPA Payment
Making a SEPA Payment

You can make a SEPA Payment (whether national or cross border) through BOV’s 24x7 Internet Banking or by visiting one of our branches. Besides your own account details and amount to be paid, you will also need the following information:
  • IBAN the International Bank Account Number (IBAN) of the person/entity to whom the payment is to be made.

  • BIC the Bank Identifier Code (BIC) or SWIFT code of the bank with whom such person/entity holds the account to which the payment is to be credited.

It is important that the above information is either provided by the person/entity asking for the payment, or you request such information from the person/entity to whom you wish to make the payment.

If you have payments which you make on a regular basis, it is advisable that you obtain the above-mentioned corresponding information (IBAN & BIC).
