BOV RFI

Bank of Valletta is Malta’s local Bank.  However, we are operating in an environment that is increasingly becoming, more global and more complex.  This brings with it opportunities but also risks and challenges.  As the financial world and technology rapidly change, we have to constantly seek ways to protect our customers, shareholders, employees and the communities that we operate in.  Our responsibility is huge, whatever we do, we know that it will leave a very significant impact on our Islands.  And that is why we have BOV RFI (Request For Information).

We want to protect you, our customers, the Bank and the communities that we operate in from any type of fraud and financial crime.  We take our compliance and regulatory obligations seriously even because we understand that our strict observance will help protect you and all our stakeholders.

Information is key for us  to fulfil these obligations and better safeguard you and the financial environment in which we operate.

BOV RFI seeks to ensure that all the relevant customer information that the Bank holds is accurate and up-to-date as mandated by law.

Our RFI Team will assist you with any queries that you may have.  They may be contacted on +356 2275 5200 (Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm) or by email to [email protected].

More information through our Frequently Asked Questions can be found here.
