BOV Conflict of Interest Policy
Bank of Valletta p.l.c. conducts its business according to the principle that it must manage conflicts of interest fairly, both between itself and its Clients and between one Client and another.

As a financial services provider, the Bank regularly comes across actual and potential conflicts of interest. The Bank is required to take all reasonable steps to identify and adequately manage conflicts of interest entailing a material risk of damage to Clients’ interests.

The BOV Conflict of Interest Policy aims to identify circumstances which may give rise to a conflict of interest and to specify procedures to be followed and measures to be adopted in order to manage such conflicts of interest.
