BOV Mobile Top-up via ATM
Top-up friend’s or a relative’s mobile phone via ATM.
This service is automatically available to all BOV cardholders through the BOV ATM Network. | How does it work?
Insert your BOV debit or credit card into the BOV ATM, and enter your PIN as usual.
- After pressing on ‘Other services’ select ‘Mobile Top-up’
- You will then be prompted to select from or complete the following fields:
1. A provider 2. The top-up amount 3. The Mobile number to be topped up 4. The VAT number if you are VAT registered 5. Confirmation
- A fiscal receipt will be issued once your instructions are accepted
- An SMS will be sent to the mobile number being topped up
It’s that simple! The money is withdrawn from your bank account, in the same way as a cash withdrawal, and your phone is topped-up.
What’s really good about it is that you do not need to apply for the service. Once you’re a BOV cardholder you may avail yourself of the service through our ATM network.
What’s the maximum amount?
The maximum in any one transaction depends on the mobile service provider. However you can use this top-up service more than once a day, as long as you stay within your daily BOV Card limit and have enough funds in your bank account.
