Dhalia and Re/Max are the winners of the BOV Estate Agents Package Campaign. This campaign ran between December 2009 and May 2010 and awarded the estate agents with the largest number of sanctioned house loans and the highest aggregate value of sanctioned house loans.
Dhalia Malta Property Agents were presented with the award for the Estate Agents with the highest number of sanctioned loans during the Campaign period with Dhalia Fgura Branch being the top performing branch. The estate agent with the highest monetary value of property sold were RE/MAX with B’Kara Branch being the best performer.
The awards were presented by Edward Grech, Head Homeloans at Bank of Valletta and Mr John Soler, Chief Officer Credit at Bank of Valletta.
Mr John Soler, Chief Officer Credit, said that “The outcome of this campaign confirms that the property market in Malta is still active which indicates a positive trend in the overall economic outlook.” Mr Soler concluded by thanking the Estate Agents for their collaboration.
